1 Billion Robots by 2040

Experts are predicting that there could be on billion Bipedal Robots (Humanoids!) on earth by 2040.

To put that number in perspective, in single steps that is 15 laps around the entire planet 🌎.

Smaller Than a Car:

This lofty Benchmark is hypothetically achievable due to one idea: (or maybe 2)

A humanoid robot has about “10x less parts than a car and 20x less mass”

Once manufacturing is up and running, humanoids can be made at scale much like a car.

With some of the biggest car manufacturers in the world from Hundai to Tesla now playing the humanoid game it is their scale that could help make this vision a reality.

The tacit knowledge these companies have, or in other words, their ability make real world stuff at scale will be here when it is time for the robots.
